Who She Is

Allie Moore is a board-certified Physician Assistant, ABAAHP Board-Certified Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine Specialist, and Fellowship-Trained Longevity Medicine Provider. She is the Founder and Medical Director of Top Tier Wellness and Weight Loss in Littleton, Colorado, and one of the few PA-owned independent longevity practices in the state.

What She Does

Her clinical focus is hormone optimization, metabolic health, and precision longevity medicine for women and men who are done settling for answers that do not match what they are experiencing in their bodies. She specializes in perimenopause, menopause, and complex hormone dysfunction, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 and incretin-based metabolic therapy, peptide protocols, and brain and metabolic longevity.

The Research Behind the Practice

Allie is a candidate for the Doctor of Medical Science degree at the University of Lynchburg, where her doctoral research challenges the evidence base currently used to restrict hormone therapy in women over 60. Her work argues that the clinical guidelines most providers follow were built on data from the Women's Health Initiative, a landmark study that used synthetic hormones and oral conjugated equine estrogen, not the transdermal bioidentical 17-beta estradiol that Allie uses in practice. When route and formulation are properly isolated, the benefit-risk profile for initiating non-oral bioidentical estradiol in postmenopausal women over 60 is significantly more favorable than current guidelines reflect. This is not a fringe position. It is an evidence-based argument that millions of women are being undertreated because the wrong data is driving the wrong conclusions.

Credentials and Memberships

She holds active membership in The Menopause Society and is currently preparing for the Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner examination. She also holds memberships in the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Academy of Physician Associates, the Colorado Association of Physician Assistants, the Obesity Medicine Association, and Physician Assistants in Obesity Medicine. She has advanced training and extensive hands-on expertise in pellet therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement, and comprehensive hormone optimization for women and men.

How She Practices

What separates Allie is not just her credential stack. It is how she thinks. She trained in inpatient nephrology, practiced across multiple states in high-acuity and primary care settings, and built Top Tier from the ground up specifically because she refused to deliver the kind of care the volume-based system forces on providers and patients alike. Every initial consultation at Top Tier is 90 minutes. That is not a marketing decision. It is a clinical one. Hormone, metabolic, and longevity medicine cannot be done correctly in less time, and Allie will not pretend otherwise.

Her approach is grounded in data, including LC-MS/MS hormone testing, comprehensive metabolic panels, and body composition analysis, but it is built around the patient in front of her. She asks better questions than most providers, listens to what the labs confirm and what they miss, and builds protocols that are individualized down to delivery method, dose, timing, and lifestyle. She does not write prescriptions. She builds strategies.

Why This is Personal

Allie brings a personal dimension to this work that most clinicians cannot. As a former semi-professional soccer player and Olympic Development Program athlete, she understands what it means to demand performance from your body and to feel the gap when your physiology stops cooperating. Her own experience navigating hormone optimization and longevity medicine shaped the way she practices. She knows what it feels like to want your body to match your drive, and she built an entire practice around making that possible.

Who She Sees

Her patients are high-functioning people who have tried the standard system and found it insufficient. They come to Top Tier because they want a clinician who has done the work, knows the science at depth, and will not give them a generic answer to a complex problem.

If that is you, you are in the right place.
