Who She Is
Thuy Vy Phan, PA-C, known to her patients as “Vee”, is a board-certified Physician Associate with over thirteen years of experience providing patient-centered primary care, internal medicine, and urgent care. Vee is spearheading the launch of Top Tier's new Direct Primary Care program, bringing true whole-family, whole-life healthcare to our concierge model. She sees patients of all ages, from children to adults, for primary care and same-day urgent care needs, alongside hormone optimization and medical weight loss, giving families a single trusted provider for the full picture of their health.
Background
Vee built her career in high-volume clinics managing the full spectrum of primary care medicine: diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disease, depression and anxiety, asthma and chronic bronchitis, pediatric well checks, and acute, same-day illness care for patients from infancy through their senior years. Few providers bring that kind of range, and it's exactly what a true direct primary care program needs: one provider the whole family can see, whether it's a child's well check, a parent's chronic condition, an urgent illness, or a hormone or weight loss plan, all without being shuffled between offices. Her background also includes direct experience with hormone replacement therapy, giving her a natural bridge into Top Tier's hormone and weight management services.
How She Practices
What sets Vee apart is the kind of medicine she was trained to practice and the kind she insists on practicing: unhurried, relationship-based primary care. Rather than the rushed, ten-minute visits typical of traditional primary care, Vee's appointments are built around real time with her patients, thorough evaluation, and treatment plans tailored to the individual rather than a script. She is passionate about getting to the root cause of a patient's health concerns and being a consistent, known provider that both kids and adults can turn to for anything, from a yearly physical to a same-day illness to a hormone or metabolic health concern, without ever feeling like a number.
Education
Vee earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, following her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies, with a minor in Biology, from Baylor University.
