Kim Dixon, RN, BSN
Clinical Operations Manager
Kim is a Registered Nurse with over ten years of clinical experience, currently serving as Top Tier's Clinical Operations Manager. She has led the development of the clinic's IV Therapy Program from the ground up and now oversees clinical policy, staff training, and quality standards across the practice. Kim is spearheading the launch of Top Tier's Regenerative Aesthetics Program as the clinic's Lead Injector, combining her emergency and critical care nursing background with specialized training in neuromodulators and aesthetic medicine. She is deeply passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through safe, evidence-based, and personalized care.
Courtney Heezen, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse
Courtney is a Licensed Practical Nurse with nearly a decade of clinical experience across hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and aesthetic medicine. She has administered GLP-1 injectables and neurotoxin treatments, supported hormone pelleting and IV therapy programs, and worked hands-on with advanced aesthetic devices including Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, and Emface. Courtney also holds formal esthetics training, giving her a unique blend of clinical skill and aesthetic expertise. Patients can count on Courtney for clear education, attentive care, and a genuine passion for helping them feel confident in their bodies and their treatment plans.
Connor Riley
Medical Assistant / EMT
Connor brings hands-on emergency and IV therapy experience to the Top Tier team. He spent over two years as an Emergency Department Technician at Lutheran Medical Center, where he built strong skills in vascular access, patient monitoring, and fast-paced clinical care. Most recently, Connor has worked as an IV Technician and Supply Manager at a Denver IV hydration bar, where he administered infusion therapies and kept clinic operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for his positive attitude and steady, detail-oriented approach, Connor is passionate about making every patient feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Brittney Harper
Patient Experience Manager
Brittney brings years of healthcare operations leadership to her role overseeing the day-to-day patient experience at Top Tier. She has supervised clinical and administrative teams across outpatient imaging, behavioral health, and residential care settings, with a track record of improving workflows, patient satisfaction, and team performance. Brittney holds a BSN from the University of Wyoming and is currently pursuing certifications in physician practice management and project management. She is dedicated to making sure every patient's experience at Top Tier is seamless, warm, and exceptional from start to finish.
Heather Bradshaw
Patient Liaison
Heather brings a rare combination of concierge medicine experience and genuine hospitality to her role as Patient Liaison. She has worked directly alongside providers in a concierge aesthetics practice, assisting with pellet insertions, body composition analysis, and day-to-day patient coordination, while also bringing a background in medical assisting, HR, and patient scheduling. Heather is known for her adaptability, problem-solving, and warm, personal touch with every patient she meets. She's committed to making sure every visit to Top Tier feels welcoming, organized, and exceptional.
