Discovery Call
A real conversation, not a clinical intake. We'll talk about your concerns, how it's actually showing up in your day-to-day life, and what you're hoping is different six months from now. We'll also talk through where it's affecting you most like energy, sleep, weight so your program gets built around what feeling better actually means to you, not a generic checklist.
Comprehensive New Patient Consult
After the discovery call, you complete a 90-minute comprehensive new patient consult, a full review of your metabolic health, hormone levels, and overall health baseline.
All-Inclusive Program Enrollment
After the initial consult, you enroll in a 3 to 12 month all-inclusive program built around your whole body, not just one symptom or system. Testing, treatment, coaching, and every provider visit along the way are all included, so Top Tier becomes your one location for all of your health and longevity needs.
A Full Functional and Longevity Medicine Program
This isn't a menu of separate visits, prescriptions, and lab orders you have to coordinate yourself. It's a single, all-inclusive program built entirely around your biology, covering everything from your very first test to your ongoing longevity care, with everything below built into the program itself.

Unhurried, relationship-based primary care with transparent monthly pricing, no insurance required. No consultation needed to enroll. Enrollment fee fully waived for founding members.

Also includes a quarterly IV Essentials drip for adults (up to $175/session value) and an annual InBody scan ($50 value).

Also includes an annual lab panel ($250), annual EKG ($50), quarterly IV Essentials series ($700/yr), quarterly InBody scan ($200/yr), and an annual hormone consultation ($500).
